1. Double click on your Netscape Communicator icon.
2. Once Netscape is opened select EDIT in the upper
left hand corner. And from EDIT select PREFERENCES.
3. A window will pop up that is divided in two. On one side there
are options to choose and on the other side is the display of the particular option.
Double click on MAIL AND NEWSGROUPS.
4. Right below MAIL AND NEWSGROUPS a list of items should
have dropped down with titles like IDENTITY and MAIL SERVERS.
5. Click IDENTITY and make sure that on the right side you
implement your name and email address displayed. (Only your name and email
address need to be entered.) Make sure your
email address is correct, all lowercase lettering.
6. Now click on MAIL SERVERS and make sure that the following
info is set up.
A. Incoming Mail Server (POP3): mail.spinn.net
- While you are here lets double check your settings, click EDIT.

- Make sure settings are correct, now click OK
B. Outgoing Mail Server: smtp.spinn.net

7. Click OK to save all changes.
